You were right! The floor is absolutely beautiful! The floor looked so bad, and I thought for certain I was going to have to replace the whole floor. That was before It Is Finished did their magic.
Now the floor looks good as new. Also wanted to commend Jason for doing such a meticulous job with the prep work beforehand. The plastic barrier walls kept all the dust away from my living room and furniture. When my fiancé and I saw the prep work the first night of the job, he commented that he knew it was going to be a great job, based on all the detailed prep work that was done beforehand.
So, looks like I will keeping this engineered floor for a long time and plan to use It Is Finished again in a year or so when / if the poly coat needs a refinish polish. Wish your company continued success! Thank you and Jason a job well done!
